First time to have a fridge and I'm overthinking this continuous meralco monthly rate increase.

I recently bought panasonic inverter nr-bp242vs model and according to the manual, it's energy efficient when the temp is set to 3 (Mid) and this is also the temp where the econavi activates.

But my question is, can I still save more money if i set it to 1 or 2? (lower temp) and if i set it to that temp, what would be the disavantages or drawbacks? And if there are drawbacks to it, what should be avoided or limited so that I can lessen it?
