I saw a discussion about Ichinose. Do you really think she'll leave or expelled from her own class..?

I'm neutral with ichinose even though there's part of her personality that I dislike but mostly neutral.

Im interested with how some of you think she'll leave the class. Do you think it's really possible? Given than she's the only...useful/smart student in her own class. Koji also needs her presence as a future 4 classes battle. Why would do you think she'll leave?

Though ichinose's ending with Koji is unpredictable (their relationship), I don't think it will end up badly? Maybe, most likely they'll just be friends. Ichinose won't abandon him easily too.

Horikita's social skill (interpersonal skill)

Im not knowledgeable about social skills (pls correct me if im making any mistakes), but I've seen that her interpersonal skills have grown much better compared to Y1 & will be much better going forward. Her interpersonal skills is gradual yet consistent (this is growth)

If we make a comparison between horikita in Y1 & Horikita in Y3, we can see she develops well.

Her initial state in Y1 was that she's socially inept & isolated. She preferred to be alone & her mentality is "to depend on others is a weakness". She was blunt in her way of talking & she makes a decision based on logic alone, without taking full consideration of other peoples' emotions. This is her fatal weakness. Horikita was direct, critical with her words often coming off as arrogant.

Starting from Y2 (gradually), she learned to include other students' opinions more actively (especially in middle/late of Y2). She delegated tasks & learned how to lead others’ based on their strengths. Horikita also learned how to build a better cooperation instead of forcing it. (Horikita rarely asked Koji’s help in Y2, even if Koji rejected, she decided to move forward with other classmate).

All of these growth came from Koji’s help, contributions but at the same time, Horikita is the one that decided to change better. Basically, Koji is a 'push factor' or 'iniator' for her growth but eventually, Horikita is the one making steps to change.

Current Horikita actively listening her classmates' ideas/opinions, adapt pretty well, has patience & more empathy (especially in Y3). She's expected to learn how to manage the conflicts, disagreement etc in future volumes too.

Isn't it amazing that her interpersonal skills grows at a steady rate?

Edit: I'm not good with English & this is just an observation. Not analysis/theory but I appreciate it if you read it.
