Had to cancel an order because buyer bought RM large letter (I only have InPost checked).

I only have InPost selected, locker and home delivery but I sold an item I simply can't fit in a large letter (InPost small would of been fine).
Why does Vinted allow a buyer to select the wrong shipping option that I don't even have selected?
