I am planning to start a coffee place , I have very limited knowledge of coffee at this point but I am in search of good coffee beans to outsource.
I personally like medium roast arabica beans and I want to keep it the same way in my place as well. Medium to light roast is something I am looking for .
I am not very sure about having V60, cleverdripper . Aeropress and espresso machine is something which I think will work best.
I have tasted few beans - corridor seven, toise coffee roastery, Kokoro roastery , Blue tokai. All seem pretty decent as I said i am not very aware or knowledgeable to differentiate in the beans at this point

Any guidance , opinion , discussion is welcomed 😁
