Hi, I tried grinding for espresso on my j-ultra with a drill because I am finding my stabilising arm (not the handle turning arm) can get sore when hand grinding. The only thing is I felt like I still needed to stabilise the resistance from the drill, so there was no relief there.

I think what I'm needing is a vice of some sort that can hold the grinder for me while I turn rather than a tool that does the turning for me.

Has anyone had a similar issue or is my technique wrong?

Drill vs vice to help with arm soreness?
