This condo has been on sale for over 2 years with 2 price reductions totalling $150k. The problem? An eye-watering $3000/month HOA fee.

It's a nice place, but I have no idea why the HOA is so high. I do enjoy the seller offering to pay the fee for 6 months just to offload this place.

It could be anything! Not just an eatery or a cafe. It's not entirely clear yet which business types will be allowed (theaters, yoga studios, and gyms have been given as examples) so feel free to go wild!

I'll start: Burger Joint

There's no menu. They only have burgers and joints. You come in, they hand you a joint, and you tell them how you want your burger. The server comes back once you've had time to smoke and asks if there's any additional toppings that you thought up while you wait. After what seems like forever, you're starving when you finally see your burger with the last-minute addition of Doritos and hot sauce coming your way. It is everything you imagined it would be, and more!
