Please help!

I’ve done the stupid thing of forgetting my sudo password for my steam OS legion Go S.

I’ve tried the guides that come up if you Google this problem, but I can’t seem to get the LeGoS to get to the screen where I can edit the boot image. It only turns on normally or goes to the BIOS menu. I’ve tried holding, the volume up, volume down or the “…” button when pressing the power button.

What am i doing wrong?

Can I do what I need to do via the BIOS menu?

Help would be greatly appreciated!
