WinCTRL / WinWing - The worst customer support ever!
Got my URSA Minor 32 Throttle in January.
It broke after about two months, so I returned it at my own cost (17.49€). They said that the shipping cost would be refunded after recieving the broken throttle. I received a wrong replacement product (32 PAC Metal), and no refund for the shipping cost, to this day, over 1 month now.
I have never seen a bad support like this. After 3 months of writing back and fourth, I feel like this is a Chatbot AI or something. Repating the same things, over and over again, for 3 months.
Escalated the situation to PayPal. During this process, the seller preassured me day after day and said that if I closed the dispute, they would refund the shipping costs and send the correct replacement throttle WITHOUT any other conditions (got proof of that and all the other chats)
Even though I already had a bad feeling and knew where this was going when closing the dispute, I wanted to see if they would go that far and lie to their customers.
Suprise! They lied and made wrong promises.
After I closed the PayPal dispute based on their written confirmation, they did not follow the agreement. Instead of sending the correct replacement throttle and refunding the shipping costs as already promised over a month ago, they are now again insisting that I return the wrong PAC at my own expense again.
Closed the dispute, still didnt get my money for shipping back, no throttle, nothing.
This process is going for 3 moths now, still no solution. Just lying to customers, making wrong promises and giving them a big headache.
Stay away from this company, as far as you can!
