Hello,

I moved out of my apartment at rather short notice, around two weeks, but the landlady found a new tenant within that time to move in. I didn't sign a detailed contract, simply a rough contract stating the amount per month owed and my signature and their bank details. Having moved out, due to a job issue, the landlady has offered me half the kaution, total, due to "inconvenience", although i said I would like to full amount. I paid all rent costs, and had no damages. What is some advice?
