My praying mantis is alive but stuck in his molt and I don’t know what to do he’s half out but it’s stuck at his limbs, he’s been like this for hours what do I do?

I’m new to caring for a praying mantis and he has molted 3 time before but I’ve never caught him doing do. However he’s been like this for hours and I’m wondering if this is just the molting process or something is wrong? He is still alive.
