Help! I’m stuck in waitlist hell!
Hey yall! I’m a custom doll & toy artist in Australia. I recently made the decision to gamble on myself and make this my big adult job.
The only problem is now- IM GAMBLING on like 10 waitlists for conventions all around the country!! :(
I'm very anxious because now this is my big girl job and I kind of need to know if I’m going to these things. I know the Alleys are very full here, but I seem to have very unique items for where I’m based.
I can’t imagine that it’s the range either- I make phone charms, aforementioned toys, prints, stickers and zines.
I’ve never done anything at an Alley that would get me blacklisted either. My website is full of my art and my socials have photos of my stock and setups at previous events.
So what am I not doing right?
(PS yes the setup is very cramped cause I shared a table for this recent con)
