I have a couple of Amano shrimps I bought from my LFS. One on 11/18/2023 and the other on 1/26/3025. A month ago, I spotted a baby Amano. I couldn't believe it, but then I saw it again the second time within a couple days. I have not added anything to my tank and only performed water changes or top offs. I felt sad because I was under the impression that baby amano shrimp cannot survive unless it's in brackish water? There has been multiple sightings and it's growing. How is that possible?!! Caught it on video frolicking among the Christmas moss. It's super cute!
