Currently a 3rd year undergrad studying ECE, with a focus in VLSI, and after working in my current lab I’ve found the experience to be very enjoyable, so because of that + my general passion for computer microarchitecture I want to go for a PhD in the field. My gpa isn’t too looking too hot (3.5, can maybe get it to a 3.6), but because I’m delusional I’m determined to go for a top tier program like MIT or Stanford lol

Currently I have a paper under review at MICRO as a 5th author, and will another paper submitted to HPCA as a first author in the coming months. Also I’m just doing whatever I can to bring my gpa up.

Anything else I should be doing to improve my chances? I understand it’s a long shot but I’d rather do what I can than do nothing lmao
