I visited Augusta this weekend to apartment hunt. So many longterm residents told me to avoid going downtown alone EVER. EVEN DURING THE DAY!!! & to avoid the mall alone as well.

I’ve applied for a few loans with a co-signer & it’s all looking like 13 ish % which is terrifying.

I have SOME savings but I want to keep that for emergencies.
