Parrotfish sashimi platter that stopped the whole table mid-conversation

Parrotfish sashimi platter that stopped the whole table mid-conversation

When the sashimi presentation is so wild, you have to double-check if the fish head is actually real (spoiler: it is). The vibrant blue skin, the perfectly pink flesh, the whole dramatic ice display… this is easily the most theatrical platter I’ve ever been served. Would you dig in first, or just stare at it for 10 minutes? 🤤

When your sashimi platter is too pretty to eat… (almost)

Spent way too long styling this and taking photos in the car before I could dig in. Fresh, buttery salmon, melt-in-your-mouth tuna, and those langoustines? Chef’s kiss. The edible flowers and citrus made it feel like a whole experience. Obsessed with how it turned out 🌸🍣
