Around 40% WhatsApp Messages Getting Bounced in Odoo CRM Integration
I’ve integrated Odoo CRM with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Whenever a new lead is created, an automated template message is sent.
The issue is that around 40% of messages are getting failed/bounced even though:
- the template is approved
- numbers are valid and active on WhatsApp
- manual sending works properly
I’m also planning to use the same integration for POS invoice sending, but I’m concerned because if invoice messages keep bouncing, it could become unreliable for customers.
Has anyone implemented WhatsApp invoice sending successfully in Odoo POS?
How do you handle failed/bounced messages in production?
