Found it on my bed.

So I have these on my back. This spot had been itching me for a couple months now and I finally managed to take a picture. I don't have bites anywere else. But maybe my t-shit rode up at night, sometimes it happens. I also check my bed really often cause i have ocd regarding a past infestation. I found no other signs but I'm still paranoid. This ocd is killing me. During my last infestation i didn't have a reaction to the bites, idk if that's relevant. Thanks in advance.
