My account got flagged FIVE TIMES the same day for spam, when I tried to join an open server unsucessfully. My account is now limited until April 2028 and customer support doesn't care.
I tried to join a public server for SNK from a link on reddit, and after 5 failed attempts, I got booted out of my account and had a nightmare trying to log back in and use 2fa and my backup codes, again and again multiple times. Only to later find out I got my account set to limited, which created the whole login nightmare to begin with...
Customer support just shrugged their shoulders saying how they "reviewed my content" and they stand behind their decision.
What content??
I hardly ever even use my profile and this is what I get!
