I feel like my pores are clogged and my current cleanser isn't really helping and may even be making it worse. I will get a different cleanser but I need something to help my clogged pores immediately.

So im not sure what to do. I have been taking 50,000 IU for about 6 weeks now. I was tested back in March and I ended up having levels of 11 ng/ml.
Last week I had a doctor's appointment and I told my doctor that I wanted to be retested to see where my vitamin d levels were at. She refused and said that it was too early and if she tested now the results could be off. Im very afraid of vitamin d toxicity, especially since im taking such a high dosage every week. I heard people say to get tested after a month but my doctor won't let me. I also forgot to ask her if I can stop with the 50,000 IU and start taking lower doses of vitamin d, so I asked my pharmacist if it was okay to switch to a lower dose and he said to continue with my original prescription until I see my doctor.
I really don't wanna experience vitamin d toxicity.😓
So the last time I took Prozac was March 26. I stopped taking it cold turkey due to a reaction. Anyways fast forward to this Friday, which was the first day my vertigo lasted longer than a couple minutes. I have experienced a swaying motion throughout these couple of weeks but they were few and didn't last the whole day. On Friday I got worried because it lasted about an hour. I went to urgent care and got my ears flushed because they saw build ups of ear wax. (I do clean my ears but with cotton swabs. They said that I was just pushing the earwax back with the cotton swabs which created the build ups🫠) Anyways I have been experiencing vertigo ever since then. I did go to the hospital and my results were good and didn't get much of an explanation besides them saying that I have vertigo, which I already knew. Today I guess im feeling better. I still feel terrible though. How long is my vertigo supposed to last? Is this Prozac vertigo or like regular vertigo? I say this because Prozac has a lot of side effects once you stop taking it and idk what is a cause for concern and what isn't.
