I have been having recurring yeast infections coupled with BV here and there since July 2025….it comes around once every 3-4 weeks and is seriously impacting my relationship and my day to day life. I am absolutely depressed over it.

Tried everything - probiotics(with L Crispatus), fermented foods, endless bouts of Fluconazole, pessaries, and recently…I thought Boric Acid did the trick to help, but it’s come back in full swing again.

I saw one male gyno who told me to eat yoghurt, cut alcohol and try see an acupuncturist?? He wasn’t much help.

PLS provide recommendation for any gynaecologist in Sydney who helped you with recurring thrush OR is an expert in this area.
