Lump under chin
Can someone please tell me what this is and how I can get rid of it I’ve had this for such a long time even when I was underweight even when I’ve cut out sugar I’m not sure what else to do but it’s my biggest insecurity. What cosmetic procedure can I get done to get rid of it?
