I have created several different timelines to different songs but cannot find a way to trigger them from a live DJ like they do in festivals. I have beyond, ableton live and showcockpit as a trigger. I am currently using loopmidi as a virtual midi signal and trying to run the song through Virtual Dj. I suspect I need a paid version of the the dj software but but showcockpit is picking up the signal but no trigger is being sent. can anyone lead me to a better format for accomplishing this goal? if so what software/hardware is needed and is there any tutorials on said software?
