What are these red tiny spots (that are not raised like cherry angioma) and why are they multiplying?
I've had a bunch for years but now I noticed that they've multiplied and are a lot more than I've seen before. They don't really look like cherry angioma when I google. They're very tiny and look like specks, and they're not raised at all. Mostly on my arm/shoulder/chest. 30F
