Velvet petals, midnight shadows, and crystal eyes🥀🔮

I am currently working on a room downstairs and have committed to Sherwin-Williams Billiard Green (SW 9625) for the top half of the walls. I want a room that has a rich, moody, historic aesthetic with dark wood built-ins, warm leather, and a lot of gold/copper accents.
I am doing a split-wall/chair-rail look and am completely stuck on what direction to go for the bottom half. I want something that feels intentional and sophisticated, but I also need it to coordinate seamlessly with the rest of the downstairs floor plan.
I added pictures for reference for the other rooms. I'm not done decorating so any advice you may have for those rooms would be great as well!
