Does anyone in Chittenden, Addison, or Rutland county have a Milady Standard Barbering textbook they're willing to donate or sell for cheap? I'm on a very tight budget.

I completed my hours for licensure crossover and would like to take my written and practical exam this summer. If you took your barber exam in the last 6 months, did you use a mannequin or live model? For straight razor shaving, did you use a mannequin or live model? Did your razor have a blade in it or was it a mock demo of hand positioning, shave pattern and sanitation? Any tips or hot takes are welcome! I took my Cosmo exam 23 years ago and am definitely sweating lol.

A bit more about me...I grew up in Addison County. I live in an off-grid tiny house on a 220 acre farm. For fun I grow flowers, forage, and drive backroads blasting hardcore and punk music. I'm 40, have an awesome anarchist partner and a hilarious 11 year old bonus kiddo. We basically live outdoors/are feral. I've been to 10 different countries and LOVE meeting people from far-away places. I'm kinda witchy, a little weird and am looking for my people.
