I started Letrozole last year. On the second round I got pregnant(ended in miscarriage) and 6th round it was a chemical. I have done 8 cycles in total but no luck. I ovulated every single time with 1-2 follicles. I feel so discouraged and disheartened. I'm so tired of seeing these negatives. I want to hear success stories of ladies who conceived with this bad PCOS. I am trying to control my diet and weight I'm not obese, I do take metformin and inositol. I don't know what else can I do to make it work.
