Hey All

My business LLC racked up quite a bit of CC debt - 44K spread over two cards plus 65K from the SBA

But my industry just collapsed post COVID and I’m going to shutter the business and move on the just having a regular job.

The problem is the CCs are connected to me as a personal guarantor. One of them is even reported on my personal credit report regardless of it being attached to and EIN.

I don’t think bankruptcy for the business will help - since it doesn’t have any real assets any more and it will just impact me personally.

Any advice?
