[MY] Investment Scam. Help me idk how to heal
My dad, who recently retired, was scammed out of his savings through a fake investment, amounting to about RM600k. I feel extremely depressed and heartbroken. The moment he realized it was a scam, I could see him completely shattered. I know he got involved because he wanted to provide a better future for the family, but that’s a huge amount of money to lose. Now my mom isn’t talking to him, and the atmosphere at home is very tense and painful. I’m trying to stay strong, but it’s really hard seeing him blame himself and withdraw. I just don’t know how to support him properly or how to handle this situation as a family. I really need some advice and emotional support on what to do next. or is anyone else in the same situation as my dad? pls do tell how do u guys recover.
