I have fine and long hair and have been noticing a lot of breakage around my crown lately. I can only assume my helmet is contributing to or the main cause of the breakage and since my hair is fine it gets soaked with sweat pretty quickly which makes it even more fragile and will only get worse with warmer weather.

What does everyone here do to protect their hair? Any and all recommendations are appreciated!
