Could you guys help me? :)
I dont have a hometrainer so i pedaled backwards and reversed the video. My feet positioning might therefore be a little off. I do get a little stiff after 30k and my lower back especially. Also feel like my weight might be too much forward, because i quite feel my triceps and trapezius as well, but not sure if its just that im not well trained enough.
I hope you can help me!
