Does anyone else on El Cerrito Way hear Goodwill's music and advertisements? I live behind the buildings that hold Big Five, Round Table, Safeway etc. Does anyone know how I can stop this nonsense? It goes on as early as 8 am and I can't imagine being the people that live right next to it.
