Don't get me wrong getting a god pack is awesome! But... 3 of them? And Mew and Miltank i already had. 😩 even my good luck is bad... I just want a 2nd Gengar..

Can anybody help me with this deck? I've tried to find a way to make it consistent. I feel like its close to being a decent "fun" deck. I know theres better meta decks (I have quite a few) but this is just a deck I really wanna use for fun. Its usually 1 of 2 issues for me. Either I fail the coin tosses and cant build enough energy for Ho-Oh. Or I attack with Lugia and then dont have energy to retreat on the next turn and put Ho-Oh back in. I know I can use Leaf and Lyra to retreat. Or Ilima to return Lugia to hand also clearing its damage. But all these supports cause a new issue. Not having Ho-Oh AND Lugia on the field at the same time. So i need to have a pokeball. Arven helps with that but also not so much (another coin flip). And limited to 1 support per turn makes it more difficult. So I need help balancing this deck, or maybe cards idk about i can use to help get the end board I want? I have flame patch and consider using them also but drop what? The ice pops? Or the capes and Arven for another copycat and the flame patches?
