I was eight years old in 1991 when I started rooting for the Braves, thanks to Ted Turner and TBS being broadcasted in the Midwest. The only time I truly remember shedding a tear is when Kent Hrbek pulled Ron Gant’s foot off the bag in the ‘91 WS. Well, last night it happened again. This one hurts. I was lucky enough to be in attendance for Bobby’s Braves HOF induction ceremony and game vs the Cubs back in 2011. Freddie and Chipper both homered that night. Uggla homered twice and extended his hitting streak to a Braves record 32 games. Zambrano plunked Chipper and got tossed. It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a ballpark in my life. RIP to a true Legend!

This was in the first pack I opened in a Celebration Mega from Walmart yesterday. 8-Bit Ballers Rookie Superfractor of Carson Williams! I think I just became this dude’s biggest fan. Saw he’s currently down in the minors, so I’m going to be pulling for him for the rest of the season. Probably for the rest of his career, lol. This is the first Superfractor I’ve ever pulled, and my second 1/1 from this particular Walmart. Pretty stoked!
