Solutions for hot class-T fuse in Yixiang MB56

Hi all,

I'm running a couple Yixiang MB56 boxes for a while and I'm very happy with the performance. Only one thing still bothers me; the class-T fuse gets incredibly hot. So hot in fact, it influences the temperature sensors on the top battery pack. My 'regular' class-T fuse that's in my Lynx Power in does not get hot at all, so I'm thinking it's due to the low quality fuse in the Yixiang box.

I'm thinking of 2 possible solutions.

  1. Connect a fan in the battery box for some airflow and keeping the fuse cooler. Does anyone know if it's possible to connect a fan to the JK v19 BMS in a 'smart' way via one of the ports? E.g. program when the fan turns on?
  2. Remove or replace the fuse in the battery box. Since I have a separate class-T already, it doesn't add much. Unfortunately the fuse has a hole-to-hole distance of 75mm, which is quite uncommon. So I suppose removal is the only option. Any suggestions are welcome.
