Ghosted by Melvin?
So for context, I got accepted to my first project at Mercor (yay!) and signed all the documents, the only thing left is the onboarding doc which it says isn't available yet.
After about 4 business days, and me checking twice a day, I figured I'd email Melvin and ask when I could expect it. Melvin indicated that the time frame can vary per project, but mentioned a Slack and said if I don't see a Slack invite I should email him right away. I didn't see the invite and so I emailed but didn't get a reply. The next day I sent a fresh email (but forgot to add my email id and some context in it) and still didn't hear back. So today I sent another email with my email id and all the context from the previous conversation, and still haven't gotten a reply.
Has anyone else experienced this? I've checked my spam folder and don't see anything. I'm worried that there is a problem with my email and it's blocking Melvin all of a sudden (I use outlook) . Apologies if it's a silly question, still brand new to this and really excited to start
