This isn't related to something about me, its hypothetical but I've always wondered. If you commit a crime with a statute of limitations of 10 years, then say 15 years pass, but the law gets changed so the statute of limitations is now 20 years for that crime - are you back on the hook until 20 years runs out, or are you safe because the statute was 10 years when you committed the crime?
