I've been using my BBSHD for 2 years now and recently read about the "karl's special sauce" tuning profile. I then downloaded the correct .el file and the bafang config tool. I have a UART programming cable from golden motors. Plugged everything in, connected to the right port, clicked READ in the config tool, imported the profile, clicked WRITE on all 3 tabs and then closed the software. Now I have read somewhere that I should have clicked WRITE FLASH instead.. Anyways I then powered on my bike and was faced with the 30H error code on the display. I had my original profiles backed up so I tried replugging the bbshd to my PC again so I could revert everything but it is now unable to connect properly using the config tool. The READ and WRITE options are grayed out and the software doesn't seem to recognize that my bbshd is plugged in. I've tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the software, unplugging my battery for 30mins, checking every connection in case there was a bent pin and a couple more things but no results. What are my options here? Do I need a new controller? Would buying perhaps an Eggrider V2 fix this issue? I'm entirely clueless and AI is really not proving to be helpful for this..
