Oregon Drivers.

Does anyone know why Oregon still has a rate card when almost every other state doesn't?

Seeing how much other drivers are making in other markets really makes me want upfront pricing instead.

With the current rate card you can hardly make 20 dollars an hour unless there are good surges. And it seems more and more rare that there is a surge over 3 dollars.

I'm curious what we would have to pass to get the laws to change here?
