My VAWA I-360 is already approved,

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone had a similar experience.

I have two I-485 cases:

•	an old marriage-based I-485

•	and a newer VAWA-based I-485.

My VAWA I-360 is already approved, my biometrics and medical are completed, and my VAWA-based I-485 was transferred to another office on April 16 for faster processing.

Yesterday, I unexpectedly received an update on my OLD marriage-based I-485 saying:

“Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS.”

But my newer VAWA-based I-485 did not update at all, even though that is the active case I am waiting on.

Has anyone experienced USCIS updating the old linked case while actually working on the VAWA I-485?

Did approval come soon after for you?

Thank you 🙏

360 approved

My I-485 case was transferred to the NBC (National Benefits Center) on April 16 for expedited processing.

My fingerprints, biometrics, and medical exam have already been completed.

Please share your experience if you had a similar case — how long did it take to receive a decision or green card after the transfer?

Hi everyone,

My VAWA is already approved and on April 16, 2026 my I-485 case was transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC) for expedited processing. Since then, I haven’t received any updates.

I wanted to ask — how long did it take for you to get your green card after transfer to NBC? Thank you
