Lincoln International just filed for IPO
BREAKING: Lincoln International, a mid-market investment bank based in Chicago, filed for an IPO.
Lincoln reported net income of $214.1 million on revenue of $783.8 million in 2025, and Goldman and Morgan Stanley are leading the offering.
Thoughts? Have a few buddies going there for their SA, wonder how this will affect culture and employee comp now that more info needs to be disclosed in public filing.
