Picked up Halo Master Chief Collection on Steam a few weeks ago. Not a big FPS fan, I'm mostly playing for the lore, and also the soundtrack Awakening from Halo 4 is a banger! I'm currently playing the OG Combat Evolved on the Xbox, on the fifth mission (Assault on the Control Room), and plan to play it to finish before I get to my MCC copy. It's getting kinda dull, the gameplay has been a loop of run and gun 1vs1000. Any tips to maximize my enjoyment?

I tried the other ninja game...
The game's name is Red Ninja. It was a miserable experience. Control is clunky as hell! Tenchu punishes you for not using stealth, but this game punishes you for using stealth, despite being a stealth game! Played the tutorial, and dropped the game halfway through the first stage. I'm not playing game I'm not having fun with.
This game makes me appreciate Tenchu. Used to place Tenchu as the greatest stealth game ever invented as a kid, but revisiting it after playing numerous modern games made me aware of its many flaws. However, any Tenchu game still plays better than this Red Ninja.
I have Heat in my library, but I haven't played it yet. Watched a couple of Heat race and free roam videos, and god, do I hate the city! I hate it so much. So empty and ugly. I haven't even started the game yet, but I already hate it! I really don't like those Miami-styled buildings with jutting balconies, and the whole Miami vibe. Can't stand the grid layout streets either. I'd rather roam around Fairhaven from Most Wanted 2012, very beautiful city and quite a fun game, but it's a shame that you can't personalize your car. I wanna drive around a pretty car in a pretty city. The Nissan GTR Egoist from MW 2012 is especially pretty; I heard Heat has one, and you can customize it, but the city part is lacking...
