Bladder snail infestation - something to worry about?

Hello! I have a 5 gallon tank with 5 shrimp, I had a bladder snail hitch hiker and didnt realize, and now I have a bunch of baby snails everywhere. Im trying to establish a breeding shrimp colony, will the bladder snails effect this at all? Im worried with the 5 gallons, itll effect the water quality. I saw assassin snails will eat the bladder snails, but that they will also eat vulnerable shrimp after molting and such? Please help!

I got these yellow fire neocardinia (?) Shrimp recently, and I lost 4 out of five. I noticed one had a ring of white, and another had a damaged shell it couldnt molt around. I tested my water and these were the results.

Ph of 7.5

Gh of 180 ppm (highest my test strips go)

Kh of 120 ppm

Ammonia: 0 ppm

NItrates: about 5 ppm

Nitrites: 0 ppm

Temp: Set at 73

Only other inhabitant is a bladder snail who snuck in lol. They only ever feed on dead plants and matter, they never care for the food I give them including zucchini. I read that too high of a Gh can cause moltong issues, as well of a low Gh. Please help!
