Is it just me or is Snow Peak USA’s customer service email basically nonexistent? I ordered gear a few weeks ago and all I ever got was an email saying the order was labeled and packaged with zero updates since. I’ve emailed multiple times and gotten no response. It’s been almost 3 weeks at this point. Pretty frustrating for a brand at this price point.
I feel like I’ve gotten better responses from outdoor companies on ali baba and ali express
