Hi all,
I'm 43 years old mom of 2 and had a routine mammogram and ultrasound, due to very dense breasts, in April. There was an area of concern so I went back for a diagnostic ultrasound. They found:
On the present examination, there is an irregular solid mass with indistict margins and peripheral vascularity measuring 3 x 3 x 4 mm in the posterior third of the right breast upper outer quadrant at 11 o'clock located 2 cm from the nipple. Internal echogenicity is hypoechoic. There is no effect on posterior tissue. BIRADS category 4 no rating.
I'm scheduled for a biopsy on Thursday, but I'm completely freaking out. I'm just praying everything is okay, but I'm so scared it isn't.
Thank you for letting me vent. Prayers to you all. ❤️
