Overcrowding?
I have had some beginner's luck with a tier of lettuces growing like crazy and we have harvested 7 or 8 times. This tier is tomatoes and peppers - 6 tomato and 3 peppers - most are flowering. My top tear is empty - should I move some of the tomatoes / peppers or is it too late?
