help me with broken textures

I tried running Tomodachi Life on my weak computer. It started and ran more or less fine, but all the faces are black and other textures on the island are strange. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I just accept that my graphics card is too weak? Nvidia GeForce GTS 450. I think it's because of outdated drivers that I can't update (new drivers simply don't support my card) and Vulkan is unsupported by my card (yes, it's that old...). But I'm not sure.

Help me find an app that blocks other apps with specific condition

I procrastinate a lot. I really need to study English, but I'm too lazy. I think I need the app which can block other apps for me until I spend some time in specific app. Like if I don't spend half an hour in my English-learning app then I won't have access to other apps. Is there such an app? I searched but couldn't find anything like that. Sorry for my broken English.
