Will Blade, as rumored, truly be a universal DPS/sub-DPS role in the Evernight style?

In the analysis videos I’ve been watching, I’ve started hearing more and more that the character will have two roles—one as DPS and the other as Sub-DPS—but as far as I know, there isn’t a relic set that fits this. So, a new relic set is coming

Friends, according to what I read in a book on HSR, Blade—or, as he’s known by his human name, Yingxing—arrives on the planet Xiazho at a young age because his home planet was destroyed. So, does Blade take on the name Yingxing, or was he already living on a planet similar to Xiazho?
