Any tips to get my 400 time to 49? And is it achievable this season

Hey I was wondering if y’all think a sub 50 second 400m and sub 23 200m is achievable this year . This is my sophomore year of high school and this was my first open 400 (although I’ve ran 3 4x4s this year) My meniscus is torn right now but hasn’t hindered me too much outside the fact I cant lift weights to get stronger. My 200m pr is 23.3 but i believe I can get this in the 22 range and my 100m pr is 11.4 which I also think I can get down. I play soccer as well if that changes anything.
