Every time it rains this one spot gets soaked,right above the passenger side seat belt. It used to be worst until my mechanic cleaned the drainage. But this one spot is still letting water in.
2006 Nissan pathfinder LE for context.
Is it the sunroof or more likely the roof rack? Gonna try to take the headliner off myself this weekend,but idk how beginner friendly that is to see what's wrong.
Just wanted some thoughts in case people who have seen this before can point me in the right direction before I go on a goose chase.
Edit: took it back to my mechanic and said I need to take it to a body place to get the roof rack re-sealed. thinking maybe I can do that myself hopefully. Wish me luck!
