I wonder who would participate in the games in the House of Tulkas
Tulkas' house a court, where champions engaged in athletic games. There would often Nessa, wife of Tulkas, appear to bring goblets of wine and drinks to the players.
If I had to guess, when it comes to Elves, it is more than likely the Noldor Elves, as well as some Middle Earth Elves that participated. After all, I honestly don't see any Vanyar or Teleri taking part.
